Michela Lagalla (1994) is a translator and poet. She studied Literature at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. In 2017 she was the winner of the ALUT plaque awarded by the Università degli Studi di Trieste and in 2021 she was credited with the first place at the Concorso Internazionale di Poesia Castello di Duino. Her poetry has been published in the anthology Generazioni (Ibiskos Editrice Risolo, 2017), in the Venezuelan poetry anthology Aún le ora a los dioses que lo abandonaron (FLIA Caracas) and in various literary magazines such as Cantera, Buenos Aires Poetry and Revista POESIA. Despojo, her first book of poems, is currently being edited.
