Born in 1989 in Aix-en-Provence, Julien Tiverné lives and works in Marseille. It was during his business studies that he discovered a passion for photography, which shapes his perception of the world. In 2016, he decided to fully dedicate himself to it by launching a postcard publishing project in Nice.
In 2017, he expanded his business to Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, a year marked by the completion of his first successful documentary works. Imposing constraints guides his photographic approach, leading him to practice analog photography with its limited exposures. Julien primarily photographs in the streets, questioning current representations and drawing inspiration from the stories around him, whether individual or collective. His commitment to his era makes his practice a slow and thoughtful deconstruction of our time.
